CEO Srini Sundararajan leads TeleWorld Solution’s vision and strategy, and is in charge of driving its overall growth. He joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2023 after 3 years as Head of Deployment Services and Business Operations for Samsung Networks North America and 4 years as Head of Samsung Networks South Asia.

Prior to Samsung Networks, Srini was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as CEO for South Asia, as well as General Manager for Classic Switching and Signaling Business. He began his career at Bell Labs, holding various R&D and product management functions during 20-plus years with the company.

Srini earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras in India. He also has a Master of Science degree in computer sciences and an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois.

Bhupinder Mann is the Chief Services Officer at TeleWorld Solutions and is responsible for driving growth strategies, developing innovative solutions, building the company’s engineering and management team, and providing technology expertise for next-generation wireless networks. He joined the company in 2009 after nine years of prior telecom industry experience with companies including Motorola and Sprint. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronics communications at Punjab Technical University in India.

Bhupinder praises the strong culture and fun work atmosphere at TeleWorld Solutions. He lives by the motto “one team, one goal,” noting that “every employee here is essential to delivering on our vision. We all go above and beyond to deliver the best services and solutions to our clients.”

Mike Meagher is Chief Sales Officer at TeleWorld Solutions and is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and business development. He joined TWS in 2021 after 26 years of financial, operations, supply chain and sales experience in the wireless industry.

Mike likes to focus on building a high-performance, diverse team that can perform their roles without micromanagement, as well as helping team members develop professionally to tackle the next role in their career path.

Gabriella Bedor is the HR Vice President for TeleWorld Solutions, and she leads initiatives around people engagement, strategy and mitigating risk. Gabriella joined the company in 2020 and has previous experience in the public and private sectors. She holds an MBA in human resources management.

Gabriella enjoys the culture of TWS and likes working in an environment where coloring outside the lines is promoted. Her motto is to “work on your personal brand and opportunities will find you before you know they even existed.”

Kahlen Kim joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2023 as Senior Director of Staffing. She oversees all aspects of the organization’s staffing services and operations which supplies professional resources to our clients.

Kahlen brings extensive project management experience and cost/process innovations after spending 15 years in various business operations positions at Samsung SDS. She holds a B.S. in Communication and Information.

Kahlen appreciates that TeleWorld Solutions is always innovating and trying to find better ways to deliver top notch services to their clients. She enjoys continually challenging herself because the wireless industry is so dynamic. She believes that “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.”
