Andrew Bast
Chief of Staff
Andrew Bast is Chief of Staff at TeleWorld Solutions, where he works with the company’s CEO and extended executive team to establish strategic priorities and facilitate workflows advancing them. Andy joined TWS in 2020 after founding and serving as Managing Director for a management consulting firm that provided strategic planning and operational guidance to the telecom and IT industries.
Andy says he is excited about being part of TWS where he has the opportunity to work with the “smartest, most innovative people in the industry who make TWS the absolute best at what we do.”
Gabriella Bedor
VP, Human Resources

Gabriella Bedor is the HR Vice President for TeleWorld Solutions, and she leads initiatives around people engagement, strategy and mitigating risk. Gabriella joined the company in 2020 and has previous experience in the public and private sectors. She holds an MBA in human resources management.
Gabriella enjoys the culture of TWS and likes working in an environment where coloring outside the lines is promoted. Her motto is to “work on your personal brand and opportunities will find you before you know they even existed.”
Rudy Davis
VP, Sales and Business Development

Rudy Davis is the Vice President of Sales at TeleWorld Solutions. He manages the day-to-day operations of the sales team, expands their reach within the telecom industry and beyond, and builds a world-class sales organization. He joined the company in 2018 and has more than 20 years of prior experience in the wireless industry. He attended Kansas State University and worked for companies like Sony, Qualcomm, Nortel, and Glow Networks.
Rudy likes being part of the family at TeleWorld Solutions and says the culture “is about our people first and foremost.” Trust is very important to Rudy, who believes you should always stay true to your word.
Matt Dooley
Senior VP, Deployment Services
“It’s easy to be passionate about wireless! Building networks that improve the lives of others and using my experience to teach others is very rewarding.”
Matt Dooley is Senior Vice President of Deployment Services at TeleWorld Solutions. He manages the company’s field installation and audit programs, its tower crew and construction organization and special engineering projects. Matt joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2014 after 25 years of previous experience in the wireless industry with companies including Cellular One and US Cellular.
Matt praises the TeleWorld Solutions team and the willingness of everyone to roll up their sleeves and provide a quality solution for the company’s clients. He says that “nothing bad has ever come from putting in a hard day’s work,” and has learned that “there is no substitute for asking questions, challenging the status quo, and simply working hard toward a goal.”
Jong-Hak Jung

Jong-Hak Jung is Senior Vice President of Engineering Services for TeleWorld Solutions. He is responsible for leading the company’s team of experienced engineers in their goal to provide innovative, customized, process-oriented solutions to our clients. Jong-Hak joined the company in 2009 after 6 years of experience in the wireless industry, primarily in RF engineering and optimization. He holds a Master of Science degree in telecom engineering.
Jong-Hak enjoys the people and culture at TeleWorld Solutions, especially the company’s open environment and open communication. He says he is excited to help bring 5G to America, especially to underserved rural communities.
Bhupinder Mann

Bhupinder Mann is the Chief Services Officer at TeleWorld Solutions and is responsible for driving growth strategies, developing innovative solutions, building the company’s engineering and management team, and providing technology expertise for next-generation wireless networks. He joined the company in 2009 after nine years of prior telecom industry experience with companies including Motorola and Sprint. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronics communications at Punjab Technical University in India.
Bhupinder praises the strong culture and fun work atmosphere at TeleWorld Solutions. He lives by the motto “one team, one goal,” noting that “every employee here is essential to delivering on our vision. We all go above and beyond to deliver the best services and solutions to our clients.”
Mike Meagher
Chief Sales Officer

Mike Meagher is Chief Sales Officer at TeleWorld Solutions and is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing and business development. He joined TWS in 2021 after 26 years of financial, operations, supply chain and sales experience in the wireless industry. Mike likes to focus on building a high-performance, diverse team that can perform their roles without micromanagement, as well as helping team members develop professionally to tackle the next role in their career path.
Katya Share
Senior Director, Information Technology

It will also pave the way for a wide range of innovative new technologies and services such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence.”
Katya Share is Senior Director of Information Technology for TeleWorld Solutions. She manages the company’s IT department, directing technical developments and IT projects and ensuring that the company’s departments, teams and employees are able to communicate, collaborate and automate routine tasks. She joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2015 after 17 years of IT management experience. She holds a master’s degree in computer science and mathematics and is a member of the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and the AWS Partner Network.
Katya calls TeleWorld Solutions a “busy but creative organization where everyone focuses to get the job done, even if it requires nonstandard thinking and innovative skills.” She believes that “being friendly and attentive to customers’ needs goes a long way toward being successful.”
Myung “MJ” Kim
Chief Finance and Administrative Officer

Myung “MJ” Kim is Chief Finance and Administrative Officer at TeleWorld Solutions. He manages the overall financial wellness of the company including healthy revenue growth, optimum profitability, and discipline around best practices and internal controls.
Prior to joining the company in 2022, he spent 18 years in accounting and finance with companies such as The Reinforced Earth Company, EYA and Grant Thornton. He earned his B.S. in accounting from George Mason University and holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
MJ practices servant leadership, and believes humility and empathy are the two key attributes every leader should possess to succeed in today’s business world.
Srini Sundararajan

CEO Srini Sundararajan leads TeleWorld Solution’s vision and strategy, and is in charge of driving its overall growth. He joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2023 after 3 years as Head of Deployment Services and Business Operations for Samsung Networks North America and 4 years as Head of Samsung Networks South Asia.
Prior to Samsung Networks, Srini was with Alcatel-Lucent where he served as CEO for South Asia, as well as General Manager for Classic Switching and Signaling Business. He began his career at Bell Labs, holding various R&D and product management functions during 20-plus years with the company.
Srini earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras in India. He also has a Master of Science degree in computer sciences and an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois.
Kahlen Kim
Senior Director, Staffing

Kahlen Kim joined TeleWorld Solutions in 2023 as Senior Director of Staffing. She oversees all aspects of the organization’s staffing services and operations which supplies professional resources to our clients.
Kahlen brings extensive project management experience and cost/process innovations after spending 15 years in various business operations positions at Samsung SDS. She holds a B.S. in Communication and Information.
Kahlen appreciates that TeleWorld Solutions is always innovating and trying to find better ways to deliver top notch services to their clients. She enjoys continually challenging herself because the wireless industry is so dynamic. She believes that “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.”
